A Christian church in the heart of Oxford

St Columba's United Reformed Church (URC) is in the heart of Oxford city. It is a vibrant and forward-thinking church with a determination to live out the Gospel in practical ways. The church has Presbyterian roots and a Celtic feel, while also drawing on the wider traditions of the whole ecumenical Church. The congregation is praying to be inclusive, celebrating diversity and offering a warm and welcoming fellowship.

St Columba's is a home for people who are on the fringes of the church, as well as for those who have always belonged. It is firmly in the mainstream, but always ready for new ideas and challenges.

The Reverend Carla A. Grosch-Miller is the Minister at St Columba's.

Cumnor URC is St Columba's sister church.

Be thou a bright flame before me,
be thou a guiding star above me,
be thou a smooth path below me,
be thou a kindly shepherd behind me,
today, tonight and forever.
